The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is – with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 – probably the next major Samsung smartphone, and it is the handset that many foldable fans were waiting.
Speaking of larger screens, a better hinge and a new powerful chipset, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 could well be expected, but should we wait much longer for it to happen?
Well, there is not yet a confirmed announcement date for the phone, but there are leaks. and rumors. Thus, between these training courses and the past form, we can predict when the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 can be announced, when pre -orders could open and when it could be shipped.
Samsung Galaxy Z FLIP 7 Ad date predictions
Our best supposition for the announcement month of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is in July, because the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 were announced in July of their respective years.
Samsung was not consistent about July, however, with the Z Flip 6 landing on July 10, and the Z Flip 5 landing on July 26.
However, according to the South Korean site The Jongang, Samsung will unveil the model of this year in early July during an event in New York. They are not more precise than that, but at least, it would probably mean that we would see it in the first half of the month, and probably earlier than the date of July 10 of the current model.
Indeed, Samsung gradually moved the announcements of its Z Flip phones at the beginning of the year, so an earlier date that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 would make sense.
However, the company will not announce the phone for a weekend, which counts on July 5 and 6, and on July 4 being the day of independence in the United States, it also seems unlikely. So, it leaves on the 1st, 2, 2 or 3 years or the 7, 8, or July 9 as possibilities.
But Samsung generally announces new models of Flip Z on Wednesday, which of these days left on July 2 or July 9 as possibilities, so one of these two dates would be our best assumption.
Of course, this supposes that the claim above early July is correct, but at the very least, we expect to see the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 over time in July or around July, especially since several sources said that it would enter mass production in May, which would probably work for a launch at that time.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 pre -order date predictions
Samsung has opened pre -orders for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 on the same day that the phone was announced, and this is what the company tends to do with its handsets, the Samsung Galaxy S25 being another recent example of this.
So, although there are no leaks on the pre -order date of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, we are quite convinced that you can pre -order the day it is announced. Which, as indicated above, will probably be in the first nine days of July, July 2 or 9 being our best assumption.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 sent exactly two weeks after its announcement, while in the case of the Galaxy Z Flip 5, there was a deviation of 16 days, and with the Z Flip 4, the wait was 15 days. In all these cases, it was about two weeks, we therefore expect to see this model repeated this year.
In this case, on the basis of our best assumptions for the date of announcement of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, the phone could be shipped around July 16 or July 23.
What about the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 Fe?
In addition to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 Standard, we could see a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 Flip Cheaper this year, but in particular, it would be the first Z Flip Fe model, so we have no history to help us predict when it could free itself.
There are, however, a few leaks, the Jongang report linked above saying that the FE will probably be unveiled alongside the Z Flip 7 Standard. They add, however, that there is a chance that it will not be published until later-perhaps as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, which Samsung was teasing during the launch of the S25 series, but which is starting to sell at the time of writing.
Another leak suggests that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 Fe will not be available before the fourth quarter of the year, which means October, November or December. So there could still be a long wait for this particular model.
