Pir Pagara, the spiritual leader of the HUR community, called on the demonstrators to end road blockages while celebrating the decision of the Common Interest Council to cancel the new channel project as a “victory for conscious young people, children, the elderly and women of the Sindh”.
The inhabitants of the Sindh protested for their rights in cities and villages, undergoing extreme warmth and severe time without worry, and it is due to their unprecedented struggle that this victory has become possible, said Pir Pagara in a statement on Monday evening.
“From the first day, my position was that, at a time when war threats are looming from our borders, the whole nation needs to remain united alongside the Pakistani army,” he said, adding that the whole Nation, as well as the HUR community, is firmly standing with the armed forces. “The nation has fully confidence and confidence that the armed forces are able to defend every centimeter of the fatherland.”
He said that if the Modi government commits an act of aggression, the Pakistani army, with the aid and support of the nation, will give an appropriate response. Any type of adventurism can be expected of Modi, who had previously worked as a server and clean in a restaurant, “he added.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of Sindh, Sharjeel Inam Memon, also praised the decision of the CCI as the victory of the people of Pakistan. “It is not anyone’s defeat or victory; it is Pakistan’s victory,” said Sharjeel in a statement on Monday.
“This is a triumph of the supremacy of the Constitution, national unity and the principles of justice,” he added. “Today, each Pakistania can slide their heads high with pride because we have recognized the rights of each other and further strengthen our unit.”
The principal minister said that the PPP has always endeavored to strengthen the federation, the rights of the provinces and the prosperity of the people.
