Shark abandoned any restraint with the latest addition to its range of fans. The Flexbreree Pro Mist comes with a full -size water tank that rushes on the base, allowing it to explode with a cloud of fog cooling for hours. It is also wireless and resistant to UV and UV and rain, which makes it the perfect exterior hangout companion when hot weather settles.
Figural capacities are particularly useful because the fans do not cool the air – they make it blur a little so feel colder. On the other hand, the bad guys cool the air. If you fill the refrigerated water tank or make ice cubes there, Shark says that the Mist Pro can change the temperatures of 6C (10.8F), which is enough to get you hot disorder to the cool customer.
The design converts pedestal fan at full height in tablet mode (the latter is always suitable for use with the water tank, but it will simply be seated alongside the fan rather than fixing itself to the stand) and it can oscillate horizontally up to 180 degrees and tilt manually to 55 degrees vertically, for large -scale cooling. There are five speed modes to choose, plus two “smartbreeze” parameters which simulate the natural wind – probably intended for what you are not really outside – and a remote control for more convenience.
If you use it inside, you can of course turn off the mist so that you do not end up with damp carpets. And if he lives inside for long periods, the tank can be completely removed – although this is the main reason to choose this fan, so if you are not inside for the mist, you better look elsewhere in our best fan screen.
A cooling collection
The Flexbreree Pro Mist is the third (or fourth, depending on where you live) adding to the Flexbreree line and the hardest option.
The original model – which you can read in our review Shark Flexbreeze – always has a mist function, but you will have to connect it to an outdoor water source, which somewhat limits versatility. If your barbecue is not next to a tap, no frozen clouds for you.
There is also a portable option – covered in our review Hydrogo Shark Flexbreree – which offers a mist from a small reservoir of on -board water. But it will not last as long as the big bucket of Pro Mist, and the fact that it is reserved for the table and cannot oscillate means that it is really for personal cooling, and less well suited to gatherings.
Everything about the flexbreeze pro Mist seems deliciously refreshing … although the price can put a shock absorber on things. At the cost of the list, it is $ 249.99 / £ 249.99, which is on the stiff side for a fan that lacks intelligent functionalities or connectivity. It is also $ 50 / £ 50 more than the original flexbredee, which is the same but must be connected to a fuel hose. It is an expensive bucket. That said, Shark offers regular sales, so I will keep my fingers crossed for a discount before the arrival of the beach season.
