Matthew McConaughey chose his favorite before the sexy man of people.
The actor thinks that Anthony Hopkins, 87, deserves the title.
“Anthony Hopkins!” He told people in Texas. “I have been marketing for years. Have you ever met him in person? He’s a sexy guy! These eyes.”
Turning to his Instagram account, the actor added: “1. It has passed that this gentleman is a sexiest man living. 2. The legend of the 1st class Mensch. 3. I mean, who else you want to straighten your tie before going on stage?”
This comes when the singer-songwriter, Jack Ingram, and the football coach Mack Brown elected Matthew to resume the role, twenty years after receiving the title for the first time.
“I think Matthew should be the choice of this year again,” said Brown. “”
Ingram, on the other hand, chose Willie Nelson. “If Matthew goes for someone older, me too!” He joked at the MJ & M gala in Austin.
