Islamabad:
The High Court of Islamabad (IHC) ordered that a diverse call posted by Bushra Bibi, wife of the founder of PTI, Imran Khan, requesting the suspension of his sentence in the reference of 190 million pounds, or fixed to hear.
The IHC divisional bench including Tuesday the chief judge Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and judge Muhammad Asif heard the various dishes.
During the hearing, Salman Akram Raja, a lawyer of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, informed the court that the sentence suspension calls had already been filed, but the registrar’s office had raised unusual objections. He also noted that there is a mechanism established to plan the main calls for audiences.
Raja asked that Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi calls will be heard on the same day.
