We have a lot of new films to come this year, and after seeing the trailers for Weapons And Street Fear: Ball queenI have the list to hope for.
First of all, BarbarousThe director – Zach Cregger – brings us Weaponsthat everyone talks about because of this crazy trailer and the viral mayboochrmissing.net marketing website, which presents a funny reference to Barbarous.
We also have the highly anticipated Street Fear: Ball queenFollowing the excellent Netflix horror series, based on the books of RL Stine, which also saw its trailer fall today.
I was not sure that anything could adapt the best horror films of Techradar in 2024, but it seems that we are really spoiled this year too. Let’s take a closer look at these superb trailers.
What do we know so far on arms?
To watch
Julia Garner has been in her horror in recent times, following her great performance in Leigh Whannell Wolf. In WeaponsShe plays a school teacher whose whole class disappears at the same time.
In the trailer, you can see video surveillance images showing schoolchildren running in disturbing poses-it’s like T-Posting in video games, but worse.
Weapons Quickly pulled at the top of my essential horror this year because all the teasers have me hung so far. The trailer gives us éclairs of disturbing images without spoiling the plot, I need To find out what’s going on.
Weapons should be published on August 8, 2025, before finally broadcasting the Warner Bros Discovery streaming service and, hopefully, to become one of the best Max films.
What do we know so far on Fear Street: Prom Queen?

To watch
You can thank Carrie To make the night of the ball completely disturbing. But before Mike Flanagan’s television adaptation of Stephen King’s novel on Prime Video, Netflix brings us Street Fear: Bal queen.
Just like WeaponsThis film is focused on a school and also has the potential to become one of the best Netflix films. Just like the Street Fear Movies trilogy, there are still problems with High Shadyside (and with a name like that, why wouldn’t it be? Shady indeed).
As the ball approaches, all the coolest girls fight for the crown, but they will soon start to fight for their lives in place when all the candidates start to disappear. Someone is hoping it will be a killer ball of all fake Reasons.
Street Fear: Ball queen will be available to broadcast on Netflix on May 23.
