Swiss Asset Manager 21SHARES has filed an S-1 registration form for a fund negotiated by sui (ETF) at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Suit is currently negotiated at $ 3.67, up 4% after the file was put online on the SEC website.
“Since our first research on suis, we thought it could become one of the most exciting blockchains in industry, and we find that the thesis is taking place,” said Duncan Moir, president of 21Shares, speaking during the annual conference of Basecamp de Su.
SUI is a layer 1 blockchain developed by former Meta Engineers, the native token of the network has a market capitalization of $ 11.8 billion, which leaves it just outside the 10 largest cryptocurrencies.
The 21Shares’s file comes six weeks after Canary Capital filed documents to launch an ETF SU.
