Zelle confirmed the current failure. Here is what a spokesperson shared with us:
“We are aware that some Zelle® users in certain financial institutions are unable to use Zelle at present. This situation involves an independent third party which provides services to specific financial institutions. We work with diligence with our partners to resolve this question as soon as possible. We will share updates that more information will become available ”.
