The feminine butt: Charlotte North talks about musical superstitions

The Charlotte North butt icon had a very specific routine during her career.

On the way to become the top scorer of all time in the NCAA and the Boston College of the 2021 national championship, North has built a reading list which has become a serious superstition.

“I am very superstitious,” said North in an interview on the podcast “The Resilient Life” with Ryan Manion.

“I actually have to listen to a certain playlist to prepare for a game. There are a number of other superstitions that I have.”

And of this playlist, North even has a media threshing song that prepared her to play, especially when she played the Boston College of 2021-2022 after being transferred from Duke.

This song is the famous “I am shipped to Boston” by Dropkick Murphys.

“It was our song with which we would always end up in the locker room before going out for a match at the Boston College. And each time I hear it in the world today, it just reminds me of pretty cool moments,” said North.

“Prepare for big games, whether it’s a national championship or just another rivalry match in the season.”

North also played in the United States women’s national button national team which won gold at the world of butt in July 2022. She led the team in goals (23) and was tied in second row (28) during the tournament.

In 2024, she played in team 1, the very first team of National Box’s USA. The United States team won gold at the world championships in Lacrosse Women’s Box in September 2024, beating Canada 10-7.

She managed the American team in goals (25) and finished third in points (31) during the tournament.
