Chelsea Handler reveals why she moved away from the celebrity interview

Chelsea Handler becomes real from his previous post description which understood to speak to celebrities.

The successful actress and author, 50, was on stage during the questions and answers at the PhM Healthfront 2025 conference in New York on May 1 when she made a trip to the past.

“When they said I would like you to do a podcast. I said to myself, yes, I know, but everyone has a podcast,” said Chelsea as she remembers her first days of podcasting when she was forty.

“And I had just released a serious passage of two years in therapy and I thought:” How can I do something where I speak to real people, not celebrities? “”

She continued: “I am exploited with that. I need to talk to real people. And then I thought, “God, I learned from this therapist so much,” she continued. “His name was Dan Siegel, where I went. His name is still Dan Siegel.”

“It was very expensive, and I know that not everyone has access to this,” she added. “I have treated therapy as if I got my mastery. I was so serious to teach myself about myself and learn the mind. ”
