The tragedy of the Libya of the Victims arrived

Bodies of two other Pakistani nationals, who died in a migrant boat cover the eastern coast of Libya in the night between April 12 and 13, arrived at Lahore airport on Sunday.

Tragedy is the last in a series of similar incidents in recent years, where hundreds of Pakistani have lost their lives in the Mediterranean Sea and in the North Atlantic Ocean while trying to reach Europe via Africa.

The victims were identified as Sufyan and Nadeem Ahmed, two residents of Gujranwala. The Minister of State for Public Affairs Rana Mubashhir Hussain and the member of the Punjab Assembly, Imran Javed, received the bodies at the airport.

The remains were given later to bereaved families. Prayers have also been offered for missing souls.

Minister Hussain expressed deep sadness and extended sincere condolences to bereaved families. Meanwhile, the FIA, Gujranwala area, launched at least three separate surveys on the incident.
