Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar led a major visit to the control line (LOC) alongside representatives of international and local media.
The aim of the visit was to directly explain the realities of the field in response to the repeated allegations of India of terrorist infrastructure operating from the Pakistani territory, reported the Pakistan radio managed by the State.
The Ministry of Information has facilitated the tour, giving journalists for first -hand access to the areas that India has often cited as alleged militant camps. These statements have long been part of New Delhi’s account to justify the climbing along the loc.
However, Pakistan affirms that these are deliberate distortions aimed at fueling disinformation.
During the visit, media staff were taken to specific places appointed to Indian statements.
What they saw, instead of evidence of militant activity were prosperous civil communities – desuils, markets and public spaces – counting the affirmations of “terrorist hiding places”.
Residents spoke with journalists, giving testimonies that have more disputed the story of the foreign militant presence.
Addressing the press, the Minister of Information, Attaullah Tarar, “said:” India has made alleged allegations against Pakistan many times. Today, we have presented the truth before the international and national media. The places of India label terrorists as peaceful civil zones. ”
He reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to peace, declaring: “Pakistan is a responsible state – committed not only for regional peace, but for world peace. We unequivocally condemn terrorism in all its forms, all over the world. ”
However, Tarar was also firm in the warning that, although Pakistan promotes peace, he will defend his robust sovereignty if he is provoked.
“We have proven by our conduct that we are peace defenders. But do not be mistaken – if our sovereignty is disputed, we will respond decisively. India, before bringing the baseless accusations, should carefully examine its assessment of human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir and Iiojk). ”
He also accused India of using propaganda loc as a smoke screen for its internal policy failures, especially in Iiojk.
“The local propaganda of India is a desperate attempt to distract from its domestic chaos and the repression of occupied cashmere. But today, the media of the world have seen the truth of its own eyes.”
Earlier, the military assured the senior political leaders that the armed forces of Pakistan are fully ready to give an appropriate response to the enemy if it dared an assault against Pakistan, sources said on Sunday after a camera briefing on political parties.
The session was organized by the Government, where the Minister of Information Atta Tarar and the Director General of Public Relations Internestitutions (ISPR), Lieutenant Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, informed the politicians of the ongoing climbing between Pakistan and India after the attack on Pahalgam on April 22.
