Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised Pakistan’s armed forces for their rapid military response to an Indian air strike, declaring that the Pakistani air army transformed a “dark night” into “moon lighting” by retalling against the attempted foray, Express News reported.

Speaking during a session of the National Assembly, Prime Minister Shehbaz accused India of launching a cross -border attack under the cover of the darkness, similar to what he described as previous “cowardly” efforts.

“The enemy state in India again tried to attack Pakistan in the darkness of the night,” the Prime Minister told legislators. “But the Pakistani army responded with ferocious, transforming this dark night into a night at the moon.”

Prime Minister Shehbaz has confirmed that Indian warplates were targeting areas in Azad Jammu-et-Cachemire, including near Sialkot, and said 80 Indian planes were involved. He said Pakistan Air Force (PAF) had responded immediately and killed five Indian planes.

“Our eagles were alert,” he said. “As soon as the Indian planes have dropped the useful charges, our Eagles have entered and killed five planes. Pakistan has gained great honor. ”

The Prime Minister said that those who claimed to have lagged behind in the conventional war should reproduce now. “We killed five jets – it could have been ten – but our hawks acted with caution,” said the Prime Minister.

He also exercised condolences to families of civilians killed in Indian air strike, declaring that women, children and men were among the martyrs. A prayer took place in Parliament for souls of people killed.

The PM revealed that the Indian strike had followed the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, Indian illegal (Iiojk), for which Newi Delhi accused Pakistan in a few minutes.

“The FIR was recorded within ten minutes and Pakistan was bombed with allegations,” he said. “We have offered an international commission to investigate the pahalgam incident.”

He also referred to an earlier terrorist diversion from the Jaffer Express, saying that undeniable evidence has linked the attackers to India.

Prime Minister Shehbaz praised the military’s preparation and praised the air chief Zaheer Babar on behalf of the nation. He made fun of the pride of India in his burst of French manufacturing, declaring that the wars are not won with only weapons.

“India bought Rafale Jets and is proud of them,” said Prime Minister Shehbaz. “But the enemy is faced with intelligence and bravery.”

Calling on political unity, the Prime Minister urged opposition leaders to sit for talks, saying that it was the only way to build a strong and united Pakistan. “I am ready to meet my colleagues and sit in rooms,” he said. “It’s time to come together and put an end to our differences.”

On Wednesday, the Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), Lieutenant-General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, confirmed that 26 civilians were martyred and 46 others injured in Indian air strikes overnight aimed at several civil zones through Pakistan in what it called “the Sindoor operation”.
