The president of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, published a strong reprimand for India on Wednesday during a speech in the National Assembly, declaring that any other aggression would be greeted with even greater force, reported Express News
“We have shot five of their combat planes like mosquitoes,” he said, adding: “If they attack again, we’re going to fall.” Referring to the cross -border strikes from India earlier this week, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs said that the attacks had been carried out under the cover of darkness, calling them cowards and a violation of international law.
“Only thieves and cowards attack the night,” he added. “India has targeted unarmed children. It was not the old time when Pakistan could be qualified as a terrorist state and the world would believe it. ”
He stressed that for two weeks, India had leveled allegations against Pakistan following a deadly incident in Jammu-et-Cachemire originally Indian (Iiojk). “Our Prime Minister proposed to hold investigations, but India has neither accepted the proposal nor presented any evidence. Instead, he chose to strike,” he said.
Bilawal also addressed the asymmetry in size and in force between the two nations, saying: “Yes, India is larger in size and number, and it acts out of arrogance. But the people of Pakistan will open the eyes of India. We will not respond to war.
He concluded by declaring that by virtue of the Charter of the United Nations, Pakistan reserves the right to defend itself and expressed its full support for the Pakistani government and the armed forces to respond to the Indian aggression. “The whole nation is united to the armed forces and the government,” he said.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the armed forces of Pakistan for their rapid military response to an Indian air strike, declaring that the Pakistani air army transformed a “dark night” into “moon lighting” by retalling against the attempted foray.
Speaking during the Na session, Prime Minister Shehbaz accused India of launching a cross -border attack under the cover of darkness, similar to what he described as previous “cowardly” efforts.
“The enemy state in India again tried to attack Pakistan in the darkness of the night,” the Prime Minister told legislators. “But the Pakistani army responded with ferocious, transforming this dark night into a night at the moon.”
Prime Minister Shehbaz has confirmed that Indian warplates were targeting areas in Azad Jammu-et-Cachemire, including near Sialkot, and said 80 Indian planes were involved. He said Pakistan Air Force (PAF) had responded immediately and killed five Indian planes.
“Our eagles were alert,” he said. “As soon as the Indian planes have dropped the useful charges, our Eagles have entered and killed five planes. Pakistan has gained great honor. ”
The Prime Minister said that those who claimed to have lagged behind in the conventional war should reproduce now. “We killed five jets – it could have been ten – but our hawks acted with caution,” said the Prime Minister.
