Erin Lichy, the Real Housewives of New York (RHONY) Star, opened the way the show inspired him to author his first cooking book.
In a conversation with PEOPLE Magazine, the reality TV star and businesswoman, who wrote her first cooking book, She is a host: a cookbook unbuttoned for elegant entertainmentsaid it includes recipes, decoration tips and other tips for organizing rallies.
Lichy, who made shakshuka Rhony After appearing in the series in 2023, I revealed: “I think I had the idea when I realized that people really cared and loved my Shakshuka recipe.”
For UNEVERSED, Shakshuka is a North African and Middle Eastern Breakfast dish based on tomato and red pepper sauce.
Referring to her famous dish, the 37 -year -old woman added that she had shared her twice on her Instagram and received “such a great answer and people said how they didn’t know what Shakshuka was before they published it”.
“I have sort of feeling obliged to share many other dishes that are so regular for me that most people would not have known,” she noted.
