A $ AP Rocky agreed with rumors that the outfits put Gala obtain the approval of the host and editor -in -chief of Vogue Anna Wintour.
In a recent appearance on Late at night with Seth MeyersWhere he was interviewed alongside Wintour, the rapper first recalled his initial reaction to have been proposed to become one of the co -presidents of the Met 2025 gala.
“When Anna set out for the first time, you thought it was a farce,” asked Meyers.
“Absolutely. I tend to get these stuffing calls and said,” No, it can’t be real “”, recalls the rapper. “But it was a dream come true.”
The late evening host then interviewed Rocky about the rumor that Wintour sees the outfits of each participant before being worn at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
“When you choose your outfit, do you feel the responsibility of running it by Anna first?” Meyers asked Rocky, who replied: “Well, she told me exactly what to wear.”
Meyers registered and asked the rapper: “When you heard what she wanted you to wear, did you agree that it was a good look? Are you satisfied?” To which Rocky replied: “She told me to wear mine, so yes.”
Wintour had previously denied rumors that she weighs on everyone’s gala looks.
