SC is looking for a High Course Super Tax Record

Islamabad:

The Supreme Court ordered all the high lessons on Tuesday to submit pending files linked to the Super Tax and postponed the hearing until May 19.

A constitutional bench of five members of the Supreme Court, led by Judge Amicin Khan, heard the case as a former defender of Senator Raza Rabbani, lawyer for the FBR, concluded his arguments before the bench.

Rabbani referred to various precedents during his submissions concerning the taxation of the super tax. Judge Mandokhail inquired about the opinion of the Senate on the Super Tax. Rabbani replied that the Senate had not raised any objection concerning the levy.
