Standard Chartered (Stan) now provides banking services for the Institutional Prime Falconx broker.
The broker in San Mateo, California, will access a range of currency pairs, helping to improve the speed and reliability of its cross -border regulations, Falconx said in an announcement on Wednesday.
First -rate brokers are a major cog on the financial markets, providing financing, negotiation and guard services to large institutions.
Falconx seeks to fill the gap between traditional finance and cryptocurrency by putting its service at the level that will be found in a Tradfi institution.
The main broker also plans to use Standard Chartered bank support as a gateway to other products and services that would attract institutional customers, such as asset managers, hedge funds, tokens and payment platforms.
Standard Charterd already has the foot firmly at the door of the cryptography industry as the majority actionary of the guardian of the digital active guard Zodia and its Arm Zodia exchange markets.
