The Phoenix Suns are prosecuted by a current staff member for discrimination, harassment and alleged reprisals.
Gene Traylor, director of security, security and risk management of the organization, affirms in his trial according to which the team downgraded him following a presentation concerning the potential security problems surrounding the sun and the Mercury of the WNBA.

The trial also alleges that the Suns failed an audit of the NBA.
The Suns said that allegations are “delusional and categorically false”.
“Guest security is our absolute priority,” Sun spokesperson said in a statement in ESPN. “We continue to meet and exceed security expectations. We regularly carry out security tests, which is standard in industry. We have used these proactive measures to ensure that we operate at the highest level of security and preparation.”
Traylor has also shown concern about a part -time employee who apparently flying $ 40,000 in goods, an “disgruntled subject” interrupting a team photo shoot and a political provocateur approaching Brittney Griner.

This is the fourth trial against the team in the last seven months, which all allege discrimination.
The lawyer Sheree Wright represents all the defendants, but the Suns have issued scathing remarks about him.
