The former Vikings of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota football player Jack Brewer shared a grievance with the Attorney General of Minnesota, Keith Ellison.
The GA is putting a legal battle against President Donald Trump and the Ministry of Justice to ensure that transgender athletes can continue to participate in state girls. The continuous challenge of the state with regard to the executive order of Trump to keep the female sports girls led to a controversy involving a transgender launcher who dominated a season of softball for girls.
“Obviously, Keith Ellison, the Attorney General of Minnesota, has never practiced major sports,” Brewer told PK Press Club Digital.
“It is as if he had never made the foot in a real locker room, especially not the one where sport demanded a real athletics, a grain and a tenacity. He is embarrassing to see a black man stand in front of the nation and to promote boys in competition against girls.”

The White House responded to the trial, condemning Ellison for having brought legal action to allow trans inclusion.
“Why would an adult continue the Trump administration to allow other organic men to participate in female sports? It is frightening and anti-Femme,” said White House spokesperson Harrison Fields, in PK Press Club Digital.
Brewer played four seasons for the Golden Gophers from 1998 to 2001, then started his career in the NFL with the Vikings in 2002. He also raised his children in the state.

“The state has deviated so far that it exactly opposes what it once represented. He was a national leader in the rights of title IX and women. Now it destroys women’s sports, degrading women and promoting situations where men physically dominate women,” said Brewer.
“It is heartbreaking for any old gopher, any old Viking, any professional athlete who lived in this big city. It’s embarrassing. It’s shocking. And, to be honest, it’s just devastating.”
Reports from a Softball Transwood winning 14 consecutive games before the playoffs and winning the honors of the first team of all states have shaken the state in recent weeks.
For Brewer, this is a difficult situation to assist as a Minnesota resident and former professional athlete.
“In all sports – especially something like softball – people can seriously injure themselves. A man hits the ball stronger. A man throws the ball faster. So the idea of allowing men to participate in female softball – especially now, when this sport has developed in visibility and opportunity – is crazy,” said Brewer.
“Women’s softball is one of the fastest growth in America. If each academic baseball player had decided to go and play for women’s softball from division I, there would be no more women on the field. Anyone who supports this agenda is either ignorant or by pushing the policy on people.
“And that’s exactly what Keith Ellison does. They don’t care about girls. They care about fundraising and staying in power, and they do it to the detriment of young athletes in all of America.
“President Trump understands exactly what’s going on. He said it best. If you put a lot of MLB players in a female software team, they would win the championship.”
Ellison made the announcement of the trial at a press conference after months of the defying state “keeping men of female sports” of Trump ” executive decree. Ellison said he received an opinion from the Ministry of Justice threatening legal action if the State had not followed the decree.
“I’m not going to sit while waiting for the Trump administration to continue the Minnesota. Today, Minnesota is continuing it and its administration because we will not participate in this shameful intimidation,” said Ellison. “We will not leave a small group of vulnerable children who only try to be healthy and live their lives being demonized.”

Ellison’s trial, filed with the American district court of Minneapolis, argues that the Trump administration does not have the power to define elbible admissibility policies of states through a decree.
Minnesota is the first state to continue the Ministry of Justice for threats to financing the Cups to allow Trans athletes to play in girls sports and the second state to continue the Trump administration on the issue.
Maine filed a complaint against Trump after the Ministry of Agriculture reduced state financing on April 2, and a federal judge has already judged that the USDA had to release the financing of Maine.
After Trump’s decree, the Minnesota State High School League announced it would challenge federal law by allowing transgender athletes to continue playing in female sports.
Ellison’s office said “on the basis of the clear language of the law, educational establishments and Lycée du Minnesota State league Would violate the MHRA by prohibiting transgender athletes from participating in extracurricular activities in accordance with their gender identity. “”

The Minnesota State legislature did not succeed in preserving Sports Act at the beginning of March, which would have declared that “only students can participate in a sports team or a sport of elementary or secondary level that a teaching establishment limited to women and girls”.
A New York Times / Ipsos survey Found that the vast majority of Americans, including the majority of Democrats, do not think that transgender athletes should be allowed to participate in female sports.
Of the 2,128 people who participated, 79% said that biological men who identify themselves as women should not be allowed to participate in female sports. Of the 1,025 people who have identified as a democrats or who lean a democrat, 67% said that transgender athletes should not be authorized to compete with women.
