Islamabad:
On the directives of the PM Shehbaz Sharif, the process of selling power power plants exceeded, non -operational and unusable of the four companies of the electricity production state began with the auctions.
The auction will take place on May 19 at the Genco portfolio company in Islamabad from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The officials assured that the process will be transparent and impartial. Representatives of the four electricity production companies in the public sector will assist.
Stakeholders and the media were specially invited to ensure transparency. This decision reflects the government’s commitment to reforms in the power sector and transparent privatization.
