Volunteer Aman killed in the attack on Lakki

Lakki Marwat:

A member of the Aman Committee was killed in a terrorist attack on a village in the Lakki district.

Depending on the details, more than 50 armed attackers, carrying light and heavy weapons, stormed the village.

In response, the volunteers of the Aman Committee and the local residents have resisted the assault, leading to a fierce one hour confrontation. The attackers were finally forced to retreat.

However, during the fire exchange, a member of the Aman committee lost his life.

Police say hundreds of volunteers from the Aman Committee were on alert due to a history of confrontations with armed activists and were prepared for a possible attack.
