It almost seems that Samsung has a ceiling on the number of interesting phones that he can launch in a year, because after adding a new intriguing model to the mixture in the form of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, we now understand that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Fe could be much less desirable.
According to GalaxyClub (via GSMARENA), the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE will have cameras almost identical to its predecessor, the phone saying again a main camera of 50 MP, a 12MP ultra-lineman and an 8MP telephoto with a 3X optical zoom.
The only camera that is apparently improved is a frontal head, which would be 12MP – up to 10MP on the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE.
It therefore seems that the cameras will barely be an upgrade at all, and although a main sensor of 50 MP is not bad, an 8MP telephoto lens has no company on a higher medium phone in 2025. Although the item, the Galaxy S25 Fe will not have at least not the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge camera there, because this last phone will not have a photo telephony at all.
The chipset could also disappoint
It is not the only disappointing rumor aspect of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, because the previous reports indicate that it is exactly the same exynos 2400th chipset that the S24 Fe, or more likely a slightly improved exynos 2400 (without the “e”).
Anyway, it would be a step compared to what you will find in the rest of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, and even with the latter, it would not be a big upgrade on the phone of last year.
It therefore seems that there are not many reasons to buy the Samsung Galaxy S25 Fe if you already have a Galaxy S24 Fe, and even if you come from something much lower, it could be difficult to justify this compared to the Samsung Galaxy S25 standard unless this new FE is much less expensive.
It remains to be seen that it is to be seen, but we hope that we will discover it soon, because the references to the firmware Samsung Galaxy S25 Fe have been spotted, which could be launched for too long. That said, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Fe did not land before September from last year, so if the S25 FE follows a similar model, it could still be in a few months.
