The federal cabinet has decided to extend the marshal service of the air chief Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, recognizing his role in the guarantee of national security during operation Bunyanum Mursoos which was launched after the attack on the Indian missiles.
Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has demonstrated exceptional skills and professionalism by cutting down five Indian fighter planes in retaliation for the Missiles of India.
The slaughtered plane included three Rafale jets, a MIG-29, a su-series plane and an Israeli manufacturing drone. The jets were slaughtered in several places, including Bhatinda, Jammu, Akhoror, Srinagar and Avantipur.

The decision to extend the service of the marshal of the air chief Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu was taken at a meeting of the federal cabinet on Tuesday chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, according to a statement published by the Prime Minister’s office.
In a unanimous decision, the federal government has extended the service of the marshal of the head of air Sidhu, whose mandate was almost finished.
The cabinet also decided to honor military staff, war veterans, martyrs and civilians from various sectors with high -level prices in recognition of their services during operation Bunyanum Mursoos.

Earlier, the Federal Cabinet approved the promotion of the Chief of the Staff of the Army (COAS), General Syed Asim Mnnir in the rank of Marshal in the field.
The cabinet said that on the night of May 6 to 7, India launched an “uninsured and unjustified” assault against Pakistan, targeting civil zones, including women and children. “The attack on the Indian army was a blatant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Pakistan,” noted the cabinet.
The armed forces, under the direction of General Munnir, responded with exemplary courage and coordination, said the declaration. The Prime Minister praised Coas Asim Munir for demonstrating “exceptional military leadership, bravery and strategic command”.
In recognition of its great defense of the fatherland and leadership which ensured the sovereignty of Pakistan, the cabinet approved the recommendation of Prime Minister Shehbaz to promote General Asim Munir to the rank of marshal in the field.
