The storage cluster powered by kioxia helps push the pi calculation at 300 billions of figures

After Storagereview previously claimed the world record for PI calculation with more than 202 billions of figures, now Linus Media Group, the creators of the Linus technological advice Youtube Channel, did it again.

By working with Koxia, LMG has officially established a new World Record Guinness For the “most precise value of the IP”, reaching an incredible 300 billions of figures.

This step was carried out using a high performance storage configuration with 2.2 pb of the CM series of Kioxia 30.72TB and CD Series 15.36TB PCIe NVME SSDS.
