A trans biologically male trans athlete will compete for the long leap and triple jump jumping championship in California next week.

The TRANS athlete finished first in the two events during the masters qualifications in the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) on Saturday.

In triple jump, the athlete won with a distance of 40-04.75, while the finalist only reached 39-06.00. In the long jump, the margin of victory of the Trans athlete was shorter, reaching 19-03.50 while the finalist succeeded 19-00.75.

During the long jump medal ceremony, the athlete who finished in third place did not arise and did not accept third place next to the Trans athlete. No reason has been given. Second -class finisher has received vocal applause significantly.

Tracy Howon, a local parent of an athlete who participates in athletics, attended the event on Saturday and had to attend what becomes a regular site for her and the others in the community.

“As a parent of a female sweater, we have seen that happen in the last three meetings. Today, we have looked at incredible female athletes to lose their opportunities to go to the states of a biological man. I cannot imagine how hard he would feel to work so hard, then to be unfairly stripped of your opportunity to compete in states. It is heartbreaking,” said Howton PK Press Club Digital.

“The Governor Newsom, our elected officials from California and the CIF fail our daughters. It is as simple as that. They owe to the competitive female athletes of the representation of California. They owe them responsible decisions based on science and the fundamental truth. For our family, this experience has strengthened how important it is to use your voice to defend the truth, by remembering that bad decisions can be corrected.

The CIF has been at the center of a national controversy in recent weeks while the Trans athlete has dominated the athletics elimination series of girls.

The situation has become so volatile that the administration of President Donald Trump sent a warning to the CIF and the LycĂ©e de l’Athlete, Jurupa Valley High School, consequences to allow the situation to continue.

CIF is already under investigation by the United States Ministry of Education for challenging the “Keeping Men of Women’s Sports” decree. The Federation was the subject of an additional examination when its officials would have forced athletes to withdraw shirts which read “Protect Girls Sports” to the preliminaries of the South section on May 10.

“Cif’s and Jurupa Valley High School Bafouting of Federal Civil Rights Law by allowing a male athlete to participate in a female of athletics in California [Southern Sectional Division 3 final] This Saturday, and the alleged reprisals against the girls who protest by this, is indefensible, “said Julie Hartman, spokesperson for the Ministry of Education, in PK Press Club Digital.

“We will not allow institutions to trample the civil rights of women. The OCR (Office of Civil Rights) survey on CIF continues vigor.”

The athlete of the California Girls track opens with the loss of the title of first place to trans competition

The Jurupa Unified School District (Jusd) responded to the controversy in a previous statement at PK Press Club Digital.

“Jusd continues to follow both Californian law policy and CIF policy concerning academic athletics. CIF law and CIF policy is currently requiring that students be authorized to participate in sports teams and competitions in accordance with their gender identity, regardless of the protection of the rights and security of students that we serve, in accordance with applicable state and state law.

The situation is expected to arrive at a head next Saturday when the athlete seeks to top a dominant race in the playoffs with a pair of state titles.

The event will take place at the Veterans Memorial Stadium in Buchanan High School in Clovis, California, and will offer a revenge match between the Trans athlete and a female athlete who spoke against the inclusion of his trans opponent.

In long jump, the athlete will compete against Katie McGuiness, who arrived in second place behind the athlete during the sectional final of last weekend. McGuiness obtained an automatic qualification of the State championship this Saturday with a distance of 18-05.50.

“I ran on the track, and I landed, and I watched them measure my brand, and it was 18.9,” said McGuiness in an interview on PK Press Club’ “America’s reports.” “And I just remember having thought that there was nothing else I could do.

McGuinness clearly made the overall position on the issue.

“There are just certain genetic advantages that biological men have that biological girls do not have,” she said. “Frankly, I can’t bear it.”
