Nathan Fielder obtained his pilot license after two years of pilot training for Rehearsal.
In the latest episode, the Hollywood actor frankly discussed his takeoff and the experience of Landing by Boeing 737.
“When I started this project, I decided that there was no better way to understand the pilots than to become myself,” he said, according to Weekly entertainment. “But it became clear very quickly that I was not natural for that. Especially when it was a question of landing the plane.”
In the comedy documentary, Fielder explores the lengths that a person will go to reduce the uncertainties of daily life by repeating the events of life.
“I was apparently such an abnormal case that they started to make me pass to different instructors in order to diagnose what was going on with me,” he continued. “No one sees all the nuances of communication in there, how subtle it is, disconnects.”
Referring to his flying trip, The curse The actor explained: “For any reason, they trusted me, I was one of the two pilots in the cockpit, and sometimes, when they were on a bathroom break, it was just me, flying over the Atlantic Ocean for hours until the welcoming sands of Namibia are in sight.”
“They only let people the smartest and the best fly in a plan of this size. And it feels good to know it. No one is allowed in a cockpit if there is something that goes with them. So, if you are here, you have to go well,” added the 42 -year -old actor before signing.
