Andrew Tate and his brother struck accusations of rape and trafficking in human beings in the United Kingdom

Andrew and Tristan Tate to face 21 accusations in the United Kingdom

British prosecutors have confirmed a total of 21 charges against influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate.

The famous Duo British-American Brother, who is already the subject of an investigation in Romania, will face accusations such as rape, real bodily lesions and the trafficking of human beings once they return to the United Kingdom.

The crown prosecution service said that he had authorized the accusations against the brothers in 2024 before an extradition mandate was issued to bring them back from Romania.

The CPS added that “domestic criminal affairs in Romania should be set first”.

The recent accusations come after CPS received a Bedfordshire police file on allegations made in the United Kingdom.

Andrew, 38, alone faces 10 accusations linked to three alleged victims, including rape, real bodily lesions, trafficking in human beings and control of prostitution at gain.

Meanwhile, Tate, 36, was struck with 11 accusations linked to an alleged victim, including rape, real bodily lesions and the trafficking of human beings.

The couple was born in the United States but moved to Luton in the United Kingdom with their mother after their parents divorced.

The Tate brothers were arrested for the first time in Romania in December 2022, following accusations of rape and trafficking in human beings against former Kickboxeur Andrew and suspicion of human trafficking against Tristan. The two influencers denied the accusations.
