- The Google Pixel 10 series could start a week later than the Pixel 9
- In addition, disclosed photos give us a look at the possible design of the Pixel 10 Pro
- And the pixel 10 ringtone also fled
Google announced the Pixel 9 series on August 13 of last year, and if something would have predicted that the Google Pixel 10 line could land earlier this year. After all, some pixel superfans could prevail the devices on June 27, but a new leak suggests that the Pixel 10 line will actually land this year that the Pixel 9 series last year.
This is according to sources that were talking to the big titles of Android, which claim that the Pixel 10 series will be announced on August 20 – so it is a week later that last year’s launch.
Pre -orders will probably start the same day, and the Pixel 10 series – which should include Pixel 10 itself, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL and Pixel 10 Pro Fold – will apparently send a little more than a week later, on August 28.
However, we take this with a pinch of salt, because while being long after the June 27 event where the devices could be previewed, it would probably be as long after the launch of Android 16.
As a general rule, Google launches new versions of Android towards the end of the year, but this year, it changes its calendar forward, it would therefore have a sense of moving the dates of its smartphone in a similar way so that it has new devices to display the new software.
Of course, Google also needs time to develop and produce new pixel models, so it would not be surprising that the company sticks to a version of August for this reason.
In any case, this is not the only new leak of Pixels 10, because photos of what seems to be a Pixel 10 Pro prototype was shared by someone called mystical leaks (via Android Authority).
The images – some of which you can see above – show a phone that looks very much like the Pixel 9 Pro, but with a thinner metallic border around the camera bar, and the SIM card tray repositioned on the upper edge.
The photos also display the phone running an application that displays certain specifications, including the expected G5 chipset, 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
Although we took this leak with a pinch of salt, it certainly looks convincing and corresponds to disclosed pixels 10.
An adventure in sound
Finally, which is allegedly that the Google Pixel 10 ringing has also been shared, as well as certain sounds of the system.
You can hear them in the YouTube video of Thevakhovske above (via Android titles). The ringtone is apparently called “the next adventure”, which would make a denomination scheme similar to the “Your New Adventure” ringing of Pixel 9.
Based on the past form, it is likely that these sounds will also go to older pixel devices, so you will probably not have to buy a Pixel 10 model to obtain them.
