Karachi:
A constitutional bench of the High Court of the Sindh (SHC) allowed the former president of Dr. Arif Alvi to withdraw to 1 million rupees of his frozen bank accounts.
A bench of two SHC members, led by judge KK Agha, heard a petition contesting the freeze of the former president’s bank accounts.
During the hearing, an investigator from Islamabad and the director of the National Cyber Crime Agency Waqar Ahmed appeared in court. Ahmed asked the court to grant more time to submit the answer.
