Kate Beckinsale pays tribute to her late father Richard Beckinsale on Father’s Day
The 51 -year -old actress went to her Instagram account on Wednesday June 4 to start a new tattoo in honor of her late father.
In the Candide post, she posted a video of herself obtaining an ink in tribute to her father Richard.
In the black and white clip, Kate can be seen exposing her naked arm while she gets tattooed.
A close -up plan in the video revealed the tattoo that reads “Scumless Sans Father”, which is a reference to David Bowie’s song Fantastic journey.
Kate also set the message on the same track.
“Prepare for Father’s Day with @endrystymest and @davidbowie,” wrote Kate in the legend while marking the profile of the tattoo artist based in Los Angeles.
For those who were reversed, Kate was only five years old when Richard died due to a sudden heart attack in 1979.
