Billy Joel recently recalled the moment when he wanted to end his life.
The musician made a shocking confession in the first part of the new documentary Billy Joel: And it’s okay. The documentary was created at Tribeca Film Festival In New York earlier this week.
Billy Joel recalled how he tried to commit suicide and fell into a coma “for days” after having had an affair with his friend’s wife when he was at the beginning of their twenties.
By reflecting on the reason he was the victim of depression, he revealed that he had an affair with his friend’s wife when he was at the start of the twenty People magazine.
For those who were reversed, Billy was in a relationship with Elizabeth Weber Small, then wife of Jon Small, Attila group comrade.
“I felt very, very guilty about it. They had a child. I felt like a creator,” he started.
“I was just in love with a woman and I was struck in the nose that I deserved. Jon was very upset. I was very upset,” said the guilty friend.
In conclusion, Billy shared that he was about to “almost be psychotic” and “in a lot of pain”.
