Jonathan Groff shocked the public at the Tony Awards 2025 with a daring performance.
The winner of Tony, 40, occurred Sunday during the 78th annual awards ceremony when he suddenly entered the audience and climbed on the armrests of the Reeves chair, 60, was seated.
THE John Wick Star was shown between the singer’s legs as he applauded. At one point, Reeves brandished two gestures of rock and roll sign on the camera.
Groff is nominated for the best performance of a leading actor in a musical for his role as Bobby Darin in the Broadway musical.
Meanwhile, Reeves, a presenter of the awards ceremony, should make his debut in Broadway in the next Renaissance of Samuel Beckett While waiting for Godot. He will play alongside his Bill & Ted Costar Alex Winter.
The hilarious moment marked a special meeting for Reeves and Groff, which cost the fourth Matrix slice.
In the action film, Reeves resumed his role of emblematic Neo while Groff joined the franchise as an agent Smith.
