We are ready and await the great unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, which should occur in July – and the anticipation levels increased by a notch based on a new leak.
According to the usually informed @universeiceiceisseice, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will bring “industry technologies” with it that distinguish the flagship foldable phone from others. “Samsung has finally become serious,” adds the pre -prognostician.
Unfortunately, there are no other details, so we allowed ourselves to speculate on what it could mean – more in a moment. This suggests that the successor to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 could be a greater upgrade that we expect.
Presumably, Samsung will not go crazy and attach something like a robotic arm or a holographic projector to the Galaxy Z Fold 7. It is more likely that the foldable will obtain a significant upgrade to one of its key components.

There are many key areas where the Galaxy Z Plé 7 could plausably break new floors. The first is with the screen: it can be delivered with an 8.2 inch main screen which is much larger than that of its predecessor, and it can also be the first foldable to come with a group stylus.
Then there are upgrades of factor and materials that are possible. We have already heard that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 may have added titanium in its case, for additional sustainability and lightness, while being the most thin Samsung foldable to date. Other rumors have also indicated an improvement in dust resistance.
With the foldables, the fold is always a concern. Samsung may have found a way to make the fold almost invisible, when there may be upgrades to the foldable hinges in terms of sustainability and longevity. The new battery technology has also been rumor, but without any detailed details.
And don’t forget the cameras. Leaks have suggested that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will establish new standards for cameras on a foldable phone, and could even go up to 200 MP for the main camera. It would all be welcome upgrades, and we could see several of them together when the phone obtains its great disclosure.
