President Donald Trump signed a decree on February 5 to prohibit transmian sports athletes, and the United States fences have already faced a federal examination of his rules which allow men to compete with women.

Previous USAG policies were very permissive for biological men who wanted to participate in the category of women.

One of the deleted web pages was an announcement of November 2020 indicating that the organization would no longer have to have trans athletes to undergo sexual reallow, legal recognition of gender and hormone therapy in order to compete in the gender category of their choice.

The organization also had resources and directives for trans athletes on its website, but these pages have also been deleted.

The USAG was put under the spotlight last weekend after the Olympic legend Simone Biles collected a mass reaction for having attacked the former NCAA swimmer and conservative influencer Riley Gaines. Biles called “really sick” sheaths and suggested sheaths are the size of a male after the ducts pointed out that a Minnesota high school whose softball team won a state championship on Friday with a transgender launcher, and that the Minnesota League disabled the comments on an advertisement.

Biles has since apologized for her comments against sheaths.

Generally, the American public has become more universally opposed to allowing Trans athletes to participate in female sports in the past year.

A New York Times / Ipsos survey Found that the vast majority of Americans, including the majority of Democrats, do not think that transgender athletes should be allowed to compete in female sports.

Of the 2,128 people who participated, 79% said that biological men who identify themselves as women should not be allowed to participate in female sports. Of the 1,025 people who have identified as a democrats or who lean a democrat, 67% said that transgender athletes should not be authorized to compete with women.

Other Team USA major sports guidelines have quietly changed their transgender policies in increasing opposition to transcusion in female and girls.

USA Track and Field (USATF) official transgender eligibility policy Now refers to the global athletics directives on its official web page. The USATF previously referred to the policy of the International Olympic Committee (CIO), as seen in an archive via Wayback Machine.

The IOC allows organic men to participate in the female category, while world athletics prohibits any athlete who has undergone male puberty to participate as a woman.

USA Fencing announced in April that he was preparing to change his sex-eligibility policy, after a viral demonstration by the women’s shooter Stéphanie Turner triggered a mass reaction and a federal intervention by protesting against a trans opponent.

The organization said that she was preparing to modify its current policies which allow biological men to compete with women and girls in case it is “forced” to change them.

“In the event that the United States’s closure is forced to modify its current position in accordance with supervisory organizations or federal legislation, the new policy declares that athletes in competition in the fencing tournaments of American fences must compete according to their biological sex,” said the announcement.

The proposed update policy ensures that the female category “will be open exclusively to female athletes”. The male category “will be open to all other athletes who are otherwise eligible for competition”.

Now USA Gymnastics takes the wave of changes, because Team USA as a whole could have a set of very different rules over time for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games compared to past years.
