Bilawal slaps from India to sabotage Trump’s peace efforts

LONDON:

The president of the PPP and head of a high -level delegation of high level Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on Wednesday that India’s account was based on `Lies and propaganda ”, while Pakistan’s position was rooted in” Truth and Peace “.

He criticized India for having used terrorism as a foreign policy tool and stressed that Indian agencies aimed at Sikhs from around the world.

Speaking at a press conference with the members of the delegation, Bilawal said that the multiple mediation offers from US President Donald Trump reflected his desire to establish peace between Pakistan and India. However, he regretted that the Indian government seems to sabotage such efforts.

He welcomed the recent declaration of the US State Department, highlighting the will of former President Donald Trump to Medier the question of cashmere during his mandate.

“Pakistan has always sought peace through dialogue and diplomacy,” said Bilawal, stressing that the resolution of all the outstanding questions, including the Jammu and cashmere dispute, must go through peaceful negotiations.

He stressed that sustainable peace between Pakistan and India was in the interest of the international community.

Bilawal said India had failed to produce credible evidence to support its allegations of terrorism against Pakistan. “Despite our continuous requests, India has not been able to prove any of its statements,” he said.

He said: “India knows that Pakistan has no connection with terrorism. His efforts to slander will fail, and we will continue to continue peace in the region.”

He added that Pakistan had asked for peaceful solutions from all disputes – cashmere and water problems – by dialogue.

Bilawal said: “Even President Trump has recognized that Dialogue on Kashmir is essential. If the United States had to push India to the negotiation table, it should, because peace is in the best interest in the world.”

Bilawal also condemned the reported campaign of India against Sikhs communities abroad and its involvement in terrorism in Pakistan. “We call on India to stop sponsor terrorism beyond its borders,” he added.

He warned that India’s threats to cut the supply of water to Pakistan was a violation of the United Nations Charter.

Commenting on recent security achievements of Pakistan, Bilawal said: “The recent conflict has shown that even as a smaller nation, Pakistan has the strength to defend itself on all fronts.”
