Jacob Miriorowski lived every young boy’s dream Thursday evening by making his MLB debut.

The right-hander of 103 MPH-Lacation received the call to start for the Brewers of Milwaukee, and he could not have taken a better start.

He held the Cardinals of Saint-Louis without having struck without his first five work sleeves, withdrawing five and walking four.

However, he was forced to leave the game.

Miriorowski, 23, had just launched a third consecutive ball to Victor Scott to open the sixth when his foot stranded awkwardly on the front of the mound. After the Brewers medical staff came out to check it, Miriorowski left the game and Nick Mears came out of the lift enclosure.

The Brewers later said that Miriorowski left due to cramps in his right calf and his quadriceps.

“Of course, I don’t want to go like that,” said Miriorowski. “I have the impression that I could have continued, but I collapsed. Tips are coming.”

Miriorowski said he didn’t know he had even had a sure blow to this point.

“I thought one of the people landed,” he said.

Milwaukee manager Pat Murphy said Miriorowski may also have transformed an ankle but said he was “all good”.

“He was impressive in all ways you look at him,” said Murphy. “I think he was super nervous before the match, and that is to be expected, but I think he managed it very well.”

Miriorowski reached 100 MPH with each of the first three throws, and 11 of his first 24 (triple figures would not last long, because only three additional locations throughout the night have hit 100). However, according to MLB.com, this height of 102.2 MPH has been the fastest of all Brewers starter since the start of Pitch followed in 2008.

In the end, it was 6-0 victory for Milwaukee on their central rivals of NL. They are half a match for each other, but the Chicago Cubs have a comfortable advance of 5.5 games compared to the second-stage brewers.
