Rory McILroy had an American opening “quite average”, recognized the Irish Golfer.
McILroy said his tie for 49th in the ranking after shooting over 10 on Oakmont is not particularly remarkable.
However, the fact that the star golfer even offered public comments turned certain heads because she broke his recent tendency of silence.
McILroy, who won the US Open in 2011, held his first media session after the tournament after shooting a 44,44 in the third round on Saturday.

He jumped to talk to journalists after playing Thursday and Friday. We asked McILroy on Saturday if it was because of his frustration on the course.
“Not really,” said the reigning masters champion. “It’s more frustration with you guys.”
When asked him to develop, he said, “Maybe you don’t have guys, but maybe more-just everything.”
