Rawalpindi:
Five Khawarij terrorists affiliated with the Indian attorney holding Fitna al Khawarij were killed in two separate commitments in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa during intelligence operations (IBOS), the media wing said on Monday.
According to a press release published by the inter-service public relations (ISPR), the first operation was carried out by security forces in the Peshawar district following the presence of Khawarij sponsored by the Indians.
“During the conduct of the operation, the own troops skillfully surrounded and effectively engaged the location of Khwarij sponsored by the Indians, and after an intense fire exchange, four Khwarij sponsored by the Indians, including Kharji Haris and Kharji Basener, were sent to hell,” the press release said.
In an IBO separated in the district of northern Waziristan, another Kharji was neutralized in an exchange of fire that followed.
The security forces have also recovered weapons, ammunition and explosives from the Khawarij sponsored by India killed in operations. The terrorists would have been actively involved in many terrorist activities in the region.
The ISPR added that disinfection operations are underway to ensure that no Khawarij remaining sponsored by India is present nearby. The army has reiterated its determination to eliminate the threat of terrorism sponsored by India in the country.
Meanwhile, President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid tribute to the security forces for their success in the neutralization of five Fitna Al Khawarij terrorists in the two KP operations.
They reaffirmed the government’s commitment to completely eradicate the terrorist network.
“Operations against Fitna Al Khawarij will continue until the country’s complete elimination of terrorism,” said President Zardari.
Prime Minister Shehbaz said anti-human terrorists will have to pay a high price to endanger the life and property of innocent people.
