DG ISPR rents the role of students in operation Bunyanum Marsoos

The director general of inter-service public relations (ISPR), the LT General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, congratulated the important role played by the nation, in particular the students, in the Bunyanum Marsoos operation during the recent conflict with India, the military media wing reported on Tuesday.

The DG visited the Jinnah University of Karachi for women, where it interacted with students and stressed how their involvement helped dismantle the strategic hypotheses of India once and for all, according to the ISPR.

“In Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, the nation, in particular students, played a crucial role in constantly destroying it the strategic hypotheses of India,” he said.

He also reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to his territories, declaring: “There is no doubt that cashmere is the jugular vein of Pakistan. The people of Balutchistan are linked to Pakistan by religion, culture and traditions.”

The head of the ISPR also assured that no external force, including a handful of militants from India, would be able to harm Pakistan relations with Balutchistan.

Upon arrival at the university, the administration and the students warmly welcomed Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry and paid tribute to the success of the Pakistan Armed Forces in Operation against India. The students expressed their support to the military, declaring: “We are with the Pakistani army, and the east army with the people.”

The armed forces of Pakistan led Operation Bunyanum Marsoos on May 10 as part of the military conflict `Marka-e-Haq ” in response to the vile attacks of the Indian army which began in the night of May 6 and 7, leading to the loss of innocent civil life, including women, children and the elderly.

On May 10, Pakistan launched Operation Bunyanum Marsoos and deployed its Al-Fatah missile and targeted several Indian military facilities. However, after the intervention of American president Donald Trump, a complete and immediate ceasefire was reached between India and Pakistan.
