“America does not want to be involved in the War of Israel …… It is not our war. We don’t want it. You have been elected by the people. Listen to the people who elected you. We don’t want that !!!!” Strickland wrote in response to Trump.
Strickland has already expressed his support for Trump, and the president has sometimes been present to watch Strickland fight in the octagon in past events.
Strickland publicly declared his support for Trump after a victory over Paulo Costa at the UFC 302 in June 2024.
However, Strickland was also vocal in his position that he does not want Trump to put himself on the side of Israel at the cost of American interest.
In a post on February 10, Strickland even suggested that he would start to give up a Palestinian flag in the middle of an agreement for Trump to sell $ 8 billion in Israel.
“Dude if Trump keeps this BS, I’m about to start agitating a Palestinian flag .. American cities are Shitholes and you want to go and spend billions on this dumpster fire .. Have we made a mistake?! It is not America first ..” wrote Strickland.

Trump earned information earlier that he rushed to Washington to work on a ceasefire, saying on his social platform of truth that “it certainly has nothing to do with a ceasefire. Much bigger than that”.
Trump also issued a worrying warning on the platform on Monday evening, writing that “Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon” and “everyone should immediately evacuate Tehran!”
When journalists in the Air Force, One, asked questions about his call to Tehran residents to evacuate, Trump said that there was no threat, but “there are a lot of bad things, and I think it is safer for them to evacuate”.
When Trump was asked again if the United States getting involved militarily would ensure the end of the Iranian nuclear program, Trump said: “I hope their program will be wiped out long before that. They will not have a nuclear weapon.”
Trump said he could consider sending vice-president JD Vance and an American special envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff to meet Iranians.
“It depends on what is happening when I return,” said Trump about the Israeli-Iranian conflict, telling journalists that “nobody has slowed down so far.”
