Pakistan always favors peace during the war: DG Ispr

Lieutenant-general Ahmed Sharif, Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), said that the success of operation Bunyanum Marsoos marks a victory for peace, stressing that Pakistan has always prioritized peace during the war.

DG ISPR organized a special session with students from the Saylani computer program in Karachi, where he was warmly welcomed by the participants.

During the session, students asked various questions related to the internal and external security situation in Pakistan.

The CEO ISPR has recognized the role of students as front -line force in the information war, claiming that the armed forces of Pakistan are disciplined and professional, exercising their functions with diligence under the constitution and orders of the State.

Pakistani army spokesman added that Pakistan will continue to act as a net stabilizer in the region.

The students expressed their desire to sacrifice everything for the protection of their homeland, claiming that no matter the front, they stand firmly behind the Pakistani army, which they consider the identity and the strength of the nation.

The session ended with students appreciating interaction and expressing hope for more of these commitments in the future. Pakistan “still lives,” they said.

Yesterday, DG ISPR, addressed to students of the University of Jinnah for women in Karachi, praising their role in operation Bunyanum Marsoos during the recent conflict with India.

In his speech, the CEO ISPR stressed how the nation, in particular the students, played an essential role in the dismantling of the strategic hypotheses of India.

He reaffirmed Pakistan’s unshakable commitment to his territories, qualifying the cashmere of the “jugular vein” of Pakistan and emphasizing the deep religious, cultural and traditional ties linking the people of Balutchistan to the country.

Lieutenant-general Sharif Chaudhry also assured that no external force, including a small number of militants from India, could harm Pakistan relations with Balutchistan.

Meanwhile, in Washington, US President Donald Trump met the Chief of Pakistan Staff, Marshal Syed Asim Munir, at the White House.

The two leaders discussed the expansion of bilateral cooperation in trade, artificial intelligence, energy, cryptocurrency and emerging technologies, according to an inter-service public relations (ISPR).

They also exchanged opinions on regional security issues, including the fight against terrorism, the recent ceasefire between Pakistan and India, and the climbing of tensions in the Middle East.

President Trump was accompanied by Secretary of State Senator Marco Rubio and the US special representative for Middle East Affairs Steve Witkoff. Marshal Munnir was joined by Pakistan National Security Advisor.
