Islamabad:
The High Court of Islamabad (IHC) set the 190 million pounds file Sterling for audience on June 26. The Registraire office has published the list of causes confirming the date.
The hearing will take place on the petitions deposited by the founding president of PTI, Imran Khan, and his wife Bushra Bibi, requesting a suspension of their sentence. The bench will include the acting chief judge Sarfraz Dogar and judge Muhammad Asif.
Earlier, the court had issued opinions to the National Livestability Bureau, requesting an answer. On January 17, the Islamabad court of responsibility sentenced the founder of the PTI and Bushra Bibi in the case.
