An additional district court and sessions will allow KHYBER-PAKHTUNKHWHWH-in-chief Ali Amin Khan Gandapur on July 17 in an audio flight case.
The additional judge of the district and the NASR -M -Minallah sessions heard the case recorded at the Golra police station against the KP CM.
Lawyer Raja Zahoorul Hasan told court that the High Court of Peshawar had accepted the protective deposit of Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court canceled a non -reproducible arrest warrant against KP CM and set on July 17 for cramping the accusations against him in the audio flight case.
