Network Solutions, one of the oldest domain registrations and web service companies, integrate Web.com, a popular website manufacturer and a web hosting platform in its network of network solutions.
The news was announced earlier this week and described as a decision that aims to create a “stronger and more transparent digital experience for customers”.
Network Solutions was founded in 1979, as a business which offers the recording of domain names, website hosting, messaging services and website creation tools. In 2011, it was acquired by web.com for 405 million dollars in cash, plus 18 million shares. The two companies belong to Newfold Digital, a company that was trained in February 2021 when web.com and web Endurance present merged to form a joint company held by Siris Capital and Clearlake Capital.
With this integration, network solutions have sought to create a “secure and stable platform” which will mean peace of mind for customers, he said. Web.com customers will now benefit from 45 years of technical support from Network Solutions, added the company.
Website builder under the spotlight
“This strategic consolidation brings together decades of innovation, reliability and high -level support, providing customers with a complete experience under the brand of world -recognized network solutions,” said Christina Clohecy, CEO of Network Solutions. “It is the same trust service that our customers know, now fueled by the best of the two brands, which facilitates the growth of online businesses.”
In the announcement, Network Solutions stressed that its service portfolio is now richer for the AI Web.com website manufacturer, offering a more rationalized means of creating professional websites in minutes.
AI in web design is increasingly popular day by day, and all the best websites of websites have implemented revolutionary technology. BlueHost, Wix, Hostinger, Squarespace, 10Web, and many others, have announced variants of websites supplied by AI, providing an experience improved by AI which minimizes the need for knowledge coding.
