Terron Armstead retired from the NFL after 12 seasons with the New Orleans and Miami Dolphins, and he spared no detail when he explains why the right time to move away from the game.

“Now that I have finished, I would like to start sharing more of my stories because there are players who actively play who face similar situations,” he told PK Press Club Digital on Friday at Fanatics Fest.

“After a match on Sunday, I could not walk alone, under my own power, before Wednesday, Thursday. So, I could only play under painting against pain. I could not put pressure on my knee, so it was, I can’t continue to do.”
So, no, Armstead will not be one of those retirees who will want to return to the field by week 1.
“I think I’m done, I’m at peace. I am delighted to be on this side to talk about the game, share my knowledge and my experience.

“After having been in the match for so long and playing football for so long for five years, it’s definitely soft-man. This is my first year without that after 28 years, so I will see what this life will look like without football. I am so grateful and grateful for that, but I am excited for my future.”
Although he can be on the sidelines, Armstead always wants to have an impact on the game he likes very much, especially for players who continue to put their bodies at stake each year to drive out a super bowl title alongside their teammates.
