Prince William must visit Sheffield on Tuesday July 1 to mark the second anniversary of the Royal Foundation UK program.
According to a report, during his stay in the city, HRH will undertake commitments to highlight the progress made in the past 12 months.
In June 2023, Prince William launched a five-year project seeking to end the roaming in Great Britain, saying that he followed the traces of his deceased mother Princess Diana who alerted him from the crisis when he was a child.
William, 41, the eldest son of King Charles and the throne heir, said the “Pour” program would work in six cities and develop new solutions that could be used across the country.
According to the Royal Foundation, more than 300,000 people, half of whom are children, sleeping hard or in cars, living in temporary housing, hostels or with parents. C charitable organizations have warned that these figures should increase due to the current cost of living crisis.
The program, describes as “a massive moment for the prince”, by his spokesperson, is William’s most important project since he became the Prince of Wales after the death of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth last September.
