Alipay +, a global Wallet Gateway service operated by Ant International, recently finished what he describes as the first payment of the electronic wallet in the real world via an augmented reality glass.
The transaction was carried out using Starv Snap Snapyhk and Meizu glasses in Hong Kong.
Smart glasses meet voice and QR technology
Intelligent glasses allow payments via QR analyzes or vocal commands, made possible by the AI of Alipay + AI features such as the recognition of intention, the voice interface and the Voiceceptal authentication.
Meizu equipment supports these features with optical wave guide screens, noise reduction microphones and integrated cameras.
The system also supports NFC -based cards and QR payments via the wider technological suite of Alipay +.
“The offline payment function of intelligent glasses launched abroad by Meizu and Alipay + has established a new technological reference for industry,” said Peng Guo, director general of the XR division of Meizu.
