Islamabad:
The judge of the Supreme Court, Mansoor Ali Shah, diverted the chief minister of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Ali Amin Gandapur, who asked for the intervention of the court for a meeting with Pakistan Tehreek-E-insaf (PTI), the founder Imran Khan in Adiala prison, telling him that he was doing the “bad door”.
Gandapur appeared before the court of judge Shah as well as the senior official of the PTI Latif Khosa leader and the KP defender general. Khosa asked the court to immediately hear the request for a meeting with the founder PTI because of the current budgetary session of the provincial assembly.
Gandapur said the budget approval process was underway in the KP assembly. He stressed that the party’s vision was important in the budget. He complained that despite his repeated requests, the meeting between the founder of the PTI and the provincial budget committee had not been organized.
On this subject, judge Shah pointed out that the chief judge Yahya Afridi or the registrar of the Supreme Court should approach. He also declared that the Afridian chief judge was the president of the practice and procedural committee, therefore, the approach would save time. “You hit the wrong door,” said Judge Shah. “We can do nothing on the judicial side, the chief judge Yahya Afridi is in Lahore, so it is better to approach the registrar or the chief judge,” Shah judge to the chief minister of KP.
