Karachi: A charger truck struck a freight plane stationed at Karachi International Airport, the plane said, forcing the plane to be put to the ground.

According to the first reports, the plane was parked in the range of parking lots when a charger truck suddenly struck.

Sources suggest that the accident may have been caused by insufficient brakes in the vehicle.

After the collision, the plane was immediately set to the ground, while a technical team began to assess the extent of the damage.

Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has launched an investigation into the incident to determine the exact cause and assess any keys in soil operations.

No injury has been reported in the accident.
